AppTrackr Terms of Service

Welcome to AppTrackr! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AppTrackr job application tracking web application (the "Service"), owned and operated by Vaughn Tech. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subscription: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (the "$10/month plan"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel the subscription through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
Fees and Changes: AppTrackr reserves the right to modify subscription fees upon thirty (30) days prior notice.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service to transmit any unlawful, threatening, or abusive content. The Service is strictly for the personal purpose of tracking your job applications.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vaughn Tech and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vaughn Tech.
In no event shall AppTrackr, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service.
